FARM to TABLE
It was a pleasure collaborating with Hyatt Regency Trinidad to provide a sustainable, farm to table solution for their Hotel.
With the implementation of this project, Hyatt is able to provide fresh ingredients for their kitchen. The Chefs love working with the high quality and flavorful ingredients that they grow themselves. With the training provided by GAF the staff at Hyatt are fully capable of operating this hydroponic system on their own.
